The design team works with the verification team on the test plans, coverage plans, and coverage closures.

Verification involves Test Plan, Test Bench Development, Development of BFMs, Monitors, Checkers Block level, Sub-system level, and SoC-level verification.

Training includes System Verilog language features like Transactions, Interface – Static Vs Virtual, Verification Approaches, OOP for verification –Inheritance and Polymorphism, Randomization, Functional Coverage, Assertions, SV TB architecture, Environment, Scoreboard and Test cases development. UVM hands-on training begins with a good overview of UVM methodology, explaining the concepts like agents and UVCs with various examples like AHB UVCs and SOC UVM testbenches. With this overview it walks you through all the concepts like UVM TB frame work, base class library, factory, sequences, phases, reporting mechanism, TLM ports, virtual sequences, events, call backs, UVCs, Scoreboard, UVM environment. The verification approaches are trained very well by using EDA tool.
